The founders of « Vision54 » Pia Nilsen and Lynn Mariott and coaches of Anika Sorenstam among many others, reminded me to « understand the player to be able to allow him to perform at his best ».

Michael Hebron, another Hall of Fame Coach, holds a philosophy I esteem and apply such as: « keeping it simple », because « if the club moves correctly – the body moves correctly ».

Cameron MacCormick, the long-time coach of Jordan Spieth, whose global vision of coaching in long term athlete development for performance, validated my coaching preferences and gave me the confidence to pursue and improve the coaching path I have chosen.
